I have a no refund, no return policy. All items for sale on this web site are hand crafted using the finest new and vintage materials. Each one-of-a-kind item is carefully hand-stitched, packaged and mailed directly to the customer. Please be sure to read the detailed description and review the full size photograph of an item before making your purchase. Vintage fabrics and accessories used in my products are in good condition, but may show signs of normal wear that have accumulated over years of use. If you would like place a special request for a custom hand made item, please contact me to make arrangements.
